As someone who has done very little modding, I am after some advise in regard to over hanging lot's both creation and function. Below is what I want to create, I want the runway, taxiway and grass to over hang the freeway that is underneath. So the first question is, if I have over hanging lots over the freeway, will the freeway continue to operate normally? Note: I know the runway and taxi way over than lights is non functioning and I dont intend to add anything to it. Next question, as someone who has done next to no modding in the past, am I going out of my depth to quick to soon? If anyone has any guides or props to help feel free to let me know where to find them. Thanks.

I have recently transfer my game to a newer computer and been playing away without any issue, but I started working on one my larger cities and nothing was growing, then I noticed that both R$ and R$$ had gone 100% cap even though I had stuff in the city to boost the cap, R$ hasnt even got to its own minimum without the extra boosts. Anyone got any ideas without re-starting the game? Screen shot below.

I use the tax rates to control the amount of R$$$ and R$$, there usually is a sweet spot between keeping the demand in negative and not causing the inhabitants to bugger off due to high taxes. Doing so you can keep the R$$$ and R$$ population below what can be supported in that city and in most occasions it will take care of the job zots. But sometimes you cant help if they want to live on the other side of town compared to where their work is.

I agree with the use of a Ave, personally I would be combining it with the FA ramps seeing you already have the ground sloping done, it should be easy to run the ave under the RHW and the FA ramps down to it. P.S. this pic is not mine just wanting to show how it could be done.
