About This File

Also known as 556 and 558 7th Avenue, this low-rise commercial building was built in 1930 and is rented out by many coming and going tenants; resulting in an ever-changing exterior. Also home to Midtown Comics's one of three locations and a two story McDonald's.

There are 4 options each containing SD and HD versions:

- Maxis Night Original

- Maxis Night No Billboard

- Dark Night Original

- Dark Night No Billboard

Only choose the Maxis Night versions OR the Dark Night, not both (That means you should only be downloading two of these four file options)

If you are not sure which two to download, choose the Maxis Night versions.

Dependencies: (for Dark Night users only)

 Simfox Day and Nite Modd

Each file contains 3 different lots:

- Landmark

- Growable CS$

- Ploppable CS$

Keep or delete any of these 3 lot files but do not delete the .sc4model file.

All lots are 2x1 w2w corner lots

Building Stats:

- Plop cost $37,100

- Bulldoze $250

- Budget item cost $50

- Power Consumed 50

- Water Consumed 20

- Flammability 10

- Max fire stage 3

- CS$ Capacity Satisfied 138

- Growth stage 5

- Demand Satisfied 12,560

Special thanks to @Cyclone Boom for solving a file ID issue and using this BAT in the tutorial, which can be found HERE

Enjoy!

Wow, PLEASE continue to give us more stuff like this!  Love the billboard, the art on the building, the night lighting, etc.  Are you able to do casino's with flashing lights and billboards like Vegas or huge billboards like Times Square, etc?    It would really add some great pizzazz to our cities.    Great work!!!

Love the fact you gave everyone 3 choices, even though I fancy growable buildings more tan anything. Fantastic job all around! *:thumb: Hope there's more to come.

Lots and lots of details and wonderful signage/corporate clutter to admire! It is this sort of building model that suits HD renders perfectly. *:thumb:

Just downloaded it. Very detailed building file. I commend you on your work on this. I could not do it if I dreamed about it.

My daughter could, but there's nothing she can't do!
