Perhaps trolls. No life, some frustration they can't deal with in a mature manner, too cowardly to risk an open confrontation => click 1/5 to try and deal some damage without risking anything. Problem is, in the long run it never works anyway, but if that is what gives their lives some sense of purpose, then let them have their two seconds of fun as these will likely be the only ones they get before the file goes up to an appropriate rating.

BTT: I really like the compact shape and the many variations offered with this upload - Eyrene Apts is already a part of my plugis folder.

I Know there some people that will try to give me a low rating, I think there just trolls, they keep doing this and bad things is going to happen to them. I wouldn't worry too much about ratings, they aren't really an indication to the class and excellence of a BAT. When these beauties are sprining in up my NYC inspired neighbourhoods, the last thing on my mond will be how it got rated on the STEX.

I like the fact that it is presented in four different colour versions. Great BATting as always. Nowadays I only download the very best or extremely different, this one included.

I think there’s a possibility that something strange is going on with the ratings right now... BATs I'd normally expect to see in the high 4's or even with a 5.00 are dropping down as far as the 3's.

I know a lot of uploaders (like Aaron) take STEX ratings to heart... and nobody likes to see things rated unfairly low. [u]A general note for everyone: systematic downraters are not welcome on the STEX![/u] Sure, it’s fine to vote a file 1 or 2 stars if you genuinely feel that’s what it deserves, nobody is saying that we require everything to be rated a solid 5. However, going through the listings and indiscriminately giving anything you see a 1 is seriously frowned upon. If you do it enough, the higher ups will find out and your access to this site will probably be restricted.

Anyway, fantastic work as usual Aaron. I love that roof texture in particular.
