Wonderful!!! Is there any truth to the legend that Carew influenced the form of the Empire State Building? (They're very similar.) You'd think it would be the other way around (NYC's "ziggurat wedding cake" skyscrapers were influenced by that city's zoning laws and its skyscrapers eventually influenced the form of cities all over the world), but Carew predates the ESB by a couple of years.

nybt-forum-threads Aaron Graham's NYBT Residential Thread
marc replied to Aaron Graham's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Love the Concord Arms - it's really a great complement to Don Miguel's old Warren Arms! All your recent NYC apartment blocks have been fantastic, with great texturing and modeling. Looking forward to this one and many more!- 2,347 Replies
I really like these. As I stated in your thread, there's truly not enough of them.To add to that, pretty much every rowhouse available for the game is heavily NYC inspired. That isn't a huge problem, but it will be nice to have something that seems a bit more neutral....my metro is primarily Midwestern, and could use some beauties like these. Thank you.
Yoshi, there have been some rowhouse sets that aren't so Manhattan-focused. I can't pull the links right now, but off the top of my head I recall that JBSimio did some rowhouses from the Midwest (Chicago?) and I think BSP/JasonCW did some Modern rowhouses suitable for any kind of city. Simgoober did some suburban-style townhouses as well as swell-fronts from Baltimore. Dom Miguel did some Brooklyn-style rowhouses a while ago too. Not to toot my own horn, but I did some porchfront Baltimore rowhouses as well as rowhouses from upstate New York a while back too. Search around for all of these (STEX and LEX) if you need rowhouses in a non-NYC style.
