My first and probably only region map for SimCity 4. A version of the Hong Kong area, made with the heightmap tool https://cotamap.com/ and the photopea online image editor. I used SC4Mapper to turn the heightmap into a region, and then rendered all the tiles in SimCity 4. The specific area chosen based on an old SimCity 4 region of Hong Kong I found somewhere long ago, but can't remember the source of (and also can't find it online anywhere).
