  1. I honestly don't like this, it will take the community aspect out of the game. Let's be honest cities skylines has the strongest community and this pay for assets thing is just going to take away so much. My money needs to go to bills, food and other things, I don't have time to be spending my money on DLC's. This game is to be for my leisure time and not to feel like i'm missing out.

  4. This sounds like a great idea. Could you also make age vary on certain things like desirability, nearby transit. Like young people go to areas that are near commercial and transport, most families will be in areas like the suburbs where there is quietness. older people will usually live the furthest out or the closest to the more urban areas. And age could affect their interests like most young people might want to go to a public park with physical activities like basketball and tennis, while older people would want a park where they can relax and sit.

These are completely new buildings but still have an old fashion to them all while keeping it modern.
