Freight Train Station and Airport

1. Freight Stations will function properly around industrial area, since it is just transport industrial stuff. Simply plop it near and around industrial area. You must also make a neighbour connection of your rail system or it will be a total useless. 2. About airport, I'm not sure what do you mean dark colour (if only you could provide pics)...but my assumption is it's almost over capacity and will soon be upgraded automatically to a larger capacity and that's normal, or your advisor will soon prompt you to upgrade it manually...you'll see it back to brighter colour when it upgraded. -

Dude, have patience and play in balance,...yes you played sim city 1 before, but don't you think it's different 1 & 4..??? The way you played in SC1 can't just simply be applied in SC4...there are so many changes in strategy of developing a city in SC4...may i suggest you to read any thread that discuss about that kind a thing first, before starting a new city in SC4... This game needs patience and observation....then, you'll have your glowing city soon as you know the art of developing in SC4 You also mention about playing SC4 so that you'll find excitement and will continue to SC5.. ?? But, how can you deal with more advance game like SC5, when you cannot deal with this one...?? Well, that's just a question you don't have to answer here... That's why i told you to have patience and learn before you continue to SC5...a lot of good members here can help you with your problem, so relax, don't be stress and have fun. That's the game intention in the first place... Other than that, lhrob is doing a great job in helping you.... -
Yeah, datpacking will help you decrease the loading time and keep your files in a good shape...but just a little advise, i recomend that you make a backup of your plugins first, save it in the save place, of course, and be sure to read the readme well, as it may cause a CTD sometimes. it happened to me when the first time i used it... it is better that you also follow the Datpacker thread in sc4devotion. Don't just download, install, next, next and there you are...spent a few minutes reading, and you'll know how many years people struggled in research just to help you understand a thing.

Mine, over 4gb (datpacked)...i like to collect and will put anything interesting stuff,..but created by trustworthy creators, of course... i get rid all of the pics, readme, other useles files and let only the needed files within my plugins...

Ummm...guys, you all know that these pack of tram stations can also be found here on STEX right... And i'm looking for this building's dependency...Tokyo Opera City Tower...the file which i need is Hong Kong Flag, i suppose (notice the brown boxes)... Does anyone knows where can i get that dependency?? i think i lost them when i clean up my plugins last time, and i forgot where did i download this building...so, technically, it's my fault... But i need a helping hand here....thanks in advance.

If you want the industrial use your rail, at least built some freight stations or just drag rail right next to the industrial zone...and you'll soon see your industrial using your rail....that works fine to me. and as long as i know, rail is faster than road in transporting industrial stuff.... it depends on you, whether it's necessary for your city or not....but i would recommend that you use it.. -

Sorry for double posting, but we cannot edit our comments here, so....just a quick question...we need only the model file here to put in PURe_models folder and save the others outside the plugins.....but....if i wanna keep all the rest of Glenni's original [b]Knudsen Sko Fabrikk[/b] within the plugins folder....will it be ok...??
