The old Knudsen Shoe Factory had long been scheduled to be torn down. A cooperative of young architects bought the property, chased out crack dealers and other scumbags, set up the Urban Renewal Citizens Action Committee and is now slowly turning the interior into galleries, theaters and arts and crafts markets. Long way to go - donations are welcome!
4x5 commercial landmark with 160 CS$$ jobs (more details via the in-game menu).

DEVELOPER NOTES
Add the new lot (02_Knudsen-Sko-Fabrikk) to your PURe folder.
Copy the "Needed: ...*.SC4Model" dependency to your folder PURe_Models. Store all other files in a safe place outside your Plugins.
Play the game :-)
INSTALLATION
Unzip to your Plugins.
To uninstall, bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the files from your Plugins.
