Aha! You have selected the 'sub' texture, which for some reason does not let you apply it to the object. Somewhere in the Mtl Editor window (sorry, I don't have access to GMAX at the moment as I'm at work) is a small icon with an up arrow on it. Click on this once and then you should be able to use the 'Apply' button.

Draw a line where you want the mullions. You can even have curved lines or lines with more than one segment. Then tick 'Show Mesh' and set the number to the thickness you want. For the example you showed, probably about 0.15 - 0.2 would be right. You can then apply a metallic texture to the lines. Finally, add a UVW map to every shape you crreate this way or it won't show in the render.

I like Russell Square tube station...great work! I was there on Saturday, taking photos of the excellent Brutalist Brunswick complex opposite the tube station.

Wow...I am loving this!!! We really need a UK-style shopping centre in-game, I have made several attempts at starting one but they haven't gone very far. Super work...except why is 'Center' spelt the American way? If this is a UK style building then it should be 'Centre'.

Superb CJ Wallsey! Like Gascooker, I never realised you had one and this is my first visit! If you want some more high rise council blocks, I've got some on the STEX, search for me and you'll see them, about the third item down obnwards I think. Anyway, please keep uo the good work! -
