    TuLEP, maybe...? No. The poster is looking for the red avenue texture. It will appear if you have LHD instead of RHD (I have never used LHD) If you use RHD and want to use the red texture read this thread: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=9643.0

    If you have girafe's trees (some are decidous) from sc4devotion.com then there's a God Mode Tree Controller Mod here: http://www.simcity.c...110241-1-1.html I am not sure if there is a seasonal version of this. If you have c.p.'s terrain mods they come with (decidous trees) a God Mode tree Controller Mod also. I am not sure if there is a seasonal version GOD Mode Tree Controller Mod for his seasonal trees.
