  1. Hi all, what are all the possibilities to receive this error message? Upon import of 3ds file. I absolutely 110% do not have any textures other than jpeg. And I imported 3ds file not skp. Nothing wonky I promise---just an error still. Why? What s line 546? Thanks

Hey Davide, these are really cool! Did I miss them on the exchange? Perhaps do they overhang the lot? Really excited to use them in my game! That looks great! Thanks bro. You are the pho king boss! Wow! The renaissance has arrived! This one's great. This shot really reminds me of elements of Weehawken, Guttenberg NJ. Which I'm recreating! What are these fun shaped towers (center)? Also the swell front rowhouses lower right?? I need them all, thanks! Uncanny. Really cool to see. What was your inspiration for the area?

Break the grid! Here's an offering from Atlantic City NJ, some now-demolished commercial buildings, a preschool, and a combo bodega / laundromat. The real life block straddles Baltic Ave, Bacharach Blvd and MLK. In game the lot occupies a 6x6 triangle set on a 3x3 lot. Download includes: 3x3 neutral LM lot with overhanging prop. No nightlights and no dependencies!

Break the grid! Nyoooooooom....... BOOM. There goes the grid! Here's a fractionally angled version of Cliffside Park, NJ's most average brick apartment building. This one is located along Anderson Ave (Bergenline) and is 5 over 1, mid to late 20th century. Download includes: 2x 1x1 landmark lots with custom overhanging props (both left and right orientations) 1x .sc4model file of the following:

Break the grid! Ortho style! This is a mixed use residential development in Downtown Stamford, CT. I found the model and was surprised to see that it could easily be converted to a really wild grid-busting building for SC4, so here is the result! Its unusual shape could lend itself to many tricky downtown situations. Pass a street underneath the building, or perhaps plaza, or subway station. Place it over a freight train line if you don't care for your residents' quality of life! There are some clipping issues on one side but I believe they can be mitigated/camouflaged creatively. Download includes: 3x3 landmark lot with overhanging prop. No nightlights, no dependencies needed. Drop into plugins and play! Please note: Because this lot does not intersect networks, it is not transit enabled, meaning you have more flexibility for use of the underpass. The prop extends 2x1 tiles to the left of the lot and 1x1 to the right. I hope you will all enjoy!

Hi all, for once I am playing the game! Working on my pet project Manhattan region, but today I'm across the Hudson in New Jersey. I am stoked at how it's turning out. Started gridding along the palisades near my home. Thanks to the NAM team for making this all possible with FA networks! I'm impressed that I'm able to replicate the real angles of the curves and intersections with such ease. Compare to the same area on Apple Maps around Blvd E/Ferry Road. (Ferry Rd runs down the face of the cliff and under 3 residential skyscrapers IRL.) Here's Boulevard East as it runs south from Braddock Park, passing from Fairview, down into North Bergen, sweeping in and out of Guttenberg before curving west into West New York. Yes, IRL we would travel through 4 separate cities! And here's the (WIP) traffic view of the networks Presently completed grids: Racetrack, Woodcliff, Guttenberg. versus entire tile IRL map below: So I am very excited to see where this project takes me. Thanks for listening!

I really like this, and the blue roof! Maybe just a bit less blue? Like a shade darker and more muted. I think the concept looks great! Even as-is, I would use it in my Ktowns.

Pho king brilliant, Huskies. Please consider (for me??) ---Could we have one diagonal model with a jpeg sign from a real mom and pop noodle restaurant, maybe with some Asian writing? I would use the $#!t out of that 100%. Really cool pack so far and I love the idea! Korver --- love this presentation of Surfers Paradise. You've got me watching Aussie TV again, beaching out in my (cold) apartment

  16. Show us your City's Details/Close-ups!

This particular scene reminds me so much of Central Park South, looking up from the pond. The contrast between the built world and the natural there is both striking and refreshing. One of my favorite places in the city to take lunch privately. Beautiful park!
  17. It's a 3ds file. It's not skp. I made the model in and exported from Sketchup to 3ds (as I always do) The weird thing is that one of the files I was able to upload was having the issue as well, but I hit undo within Sketchup on "check validity" (when it fixes your model for you) and then re-exported. Then bam... new model imported just fine. So it makes me think it has more to do with the geometry of the model. But I am baffled as well. Just avoiding the "check validity" for now.
  18. Hi everyone, I've been having a persistent and unsolvable issue when importing some 3ds files that I've converted from sketchup. The models contain only jpegs//no png Does anyone know what causes this issue? Thanks
