Here's an offering from Atlantic City NJ, some now-demolished commercial buildings, a preschool, and a combo bodega / laundromat.

The real life block straddles Baltic Ave, Bacharach Blvd and MLK. In game the lot occupies a 6x6 triangle set on a 3x3 lot.

Download includes:

3x3 neutral LM lot with overhanging prop. No nightlights and no dependencies!

thank you this really fits well in a triangle lot and looks good too nice to get some low wealth urban buildings for the New York/New Jersey metro area

I automatically thought Monopoly when I saw that it was Baltic Ave. No street repairs here though; just a nice, realistic group of buildings to fill those oddly-shaped corners. Some of the buildings may be gone but they now live on in the game. Well done!
