    What an amaging work of art. I will have no second-thoughts to demolish a tall box building that currently exists in my crowded city to find space for this beauty. Thanks so much for your efforts and sharing your creation. I have to note that some of the recent creations released on Simtropolis is proof that SimCity is still alive and well. I can only hope the trend continues.

    It's never a good sign when after you load your work that your first comment is for people to provide only positive feedback. That tells me you knew in advance that this lot was lacking but you wanted to throw it out there anyway. I'm not foreseeing too many good comments in your future with such work being submitted.

    My preference has alway been the classical skyscapers. But what drew my interest to this modern building is the beautiful lot development. Though at first the base may seem plain, it is in fact perfectly appropriate and practical. Don't get me wrong though, the building also looks great..

    Hey! Where are the blue emergency call boxes? Just kidding! Fantastic idea in creating this modular garage and you executed it prefectly. Those round ramps makes this work so realistic.

    "I have died and gone to heaven!" It does not get any more classier than this. Love that front entrance. All is needed now is a couple of valets in beefeaters uniforms to greet the visitors.

    Interesting that you have the swimmings in the front yard surrounded by the driveway. I guess they can be viewed as community pools. Also, most mayor's would prefer their secondary homes to be at a resort location and not next door.

    The detail of this great work is simply amazing. Love the rustic Asain feel to this lot with all the various colors, signs, and true grit. I mean just look at that beautiful roof texture and the detail seen within each floor. In addition to the recent Woolworths Building and this, we are starting to see more great stuff again from some fantastic batters.

    Hey, I see no garbage on this lot! You can't have a trailer park without some trailer trash. Bad humor, sorry. As for this new lot to the STEX library, it appears to be about average (decent seems about right).

    Far from boring. I don't think I've seen a better fountain on the STEX. However, I'm getting old and my memory is not like it used to be. :-)

    With this building in your "growing" resume of recent quality work, it can be argued that you are knoocking on the door of a distinguished class of batters, such SimGoober, barbyw, pegasus, jestarr, gascooker, xannepan, to name a few.

    Initial impression, a job well done. I believe you have captured the gothic nature of the building. Love the light-greenish tint on the various roofs. Your masterpiece, I believe, has truly captured the historical significance of this landmark. The only critique I can give is that the building's second tier (from the bottom) does appear to be slightly compressed. But that is a slight imperfection on a brillant piece of work. 5/5!!!

    I love these Classic buildings. They are truly architecture at its historic best. Thanks for your wonderful contribution here. Also, don't sell ourself short on the Woolworth Building. We have many great Batters in STEX but they all seem to shy away from it. I guess whoever takes up that big challenge and succeeds in doing the Woolworths Building will earn a major reputation on the STEX.

    darknono35 - I recall your very first works. Very raw and simply basic with what appeared to be no effort in detailing and lot development. Look at you now. You did not give up and I believe you have truly reached the Promise Land. Your current work is Great!
