The Chicago BAT Team is proud to release its debut to the STEX!
The Tribune Tower is one of the most iconic buildings in Chicago today. Built from 1923 to 1925, it's design was arrived at by a contest celebrating the Chicago Tribune's 75 years of operation. Over 258 architects sent designs in, but only one could win. This was awarded to Raymond Hood and John Mead Howells. Their design featured an art deco facade and a neogothic crown, adorned with gargoyles and 8 flying buttresses, creating an effect similar to a cathedral on top of a skyscraper. The building was then built near the Chicago River next to the Wrigley building. It was one of, if not the greatest Chicago building in the early 1900s. Today, it is equally impressive, and stands tall in the skyline. Thankfully, it is still owned by the Chicago Tribune, who have kept it looking beautiful after almost 100 years.

You probably have a lot of these already though.
If you don't like/don't want the flags, they are added as props, so just delete the flag folder from the upload to get rid of them.

Currently there is only a Darknite version, sorry maxis nite peeps. I will upload maxis version once I get the time to render it.
P.S.S There's some unused props in this that I forgot to leave out, you guys can use them if you want, wasn't planning on uploading them but they are the fountain props you see in the files.
