The painting is on the Wall

Looks really nice and european, I was wondering where did you get the yellow crosswalks? -
Replies armpit43 - Your welcome, there is quite a lot of stuff on the STEX, but Gascooker has loads of stuff on the LEX which is English-y towerdude - Got it working now, thanks Schulmanator - Thanks, Hengistbury Head: Part 1 So, after much fiddling about with the map towerdude so very kindly made for me, I now have a HUGE working region, yay! Today you will see the small section of land I have worked on, but first a little bit of backround and copypasta, yum. "Hengistbury Head is a scenic and historic headland near the town of Bournemouth on the south coast of England. It stands mid way between Poole harbour and Hurst spit and forms the main division between Poole and Christchurch Bays. Hengistbury Head incorporates many different habitats and supports a wide variety wildlife and rare plant species. It is also a site of significant archeological importance. For many years it has been a site of scientific interest and a major tourist attraction. Each year it attracts visitors from all over the world. Hengistbury Head is also a major educational resource and is heavily used as the foundation and subject for a range of studies related to local history and the environment." The area I have worked on is this bit here: View Larger Map I hope that worked. Without further ado and filler, here is the update. An overview of the whole area that I have completed so far. A better view of the car park and restuarant. A field and the building where the land trains are kept. A beach to the south of the area, into cold the English Channel Some marshy areas to the north next to Christchurch Harbour And that nicely concludes this update, stay tuned for more development. Remember to comment and I'll see ya when I see ya, Bye!

Yeah this won't help limiting that kind of imagery anyway, seeing as most of it happens on closed networks and the darknet or whatever. I was talking more about the opt-out default internet filters that were proposed a few months back, to apparently stop kids from finding porn and such. First of all why should the Government decide on what adults legally look at on the internet? Secondly all of these filters already exist, it's just the case that parents have to ask their ISP to set it up themselves. Why can't we just stick with this as opposed to blanket blocking everything inappropriate down to whatever the Government determines what is wrong and doesn't want the public to see? I can't help but think that this is all just laying down the keystones for widespread internet censorship but first targeted towards the kind of material nobody wants to stand up for, which is perfectly legal pornography might I add. This is the problem when a populist politician such as Cameron can piggyback off the fears of the vocal minority and still remain neutral to the general public, as many people in the UK are far too apathetic.

Anyone up for a discussion towards the proposed internet filters against adult material by Cameron or is this topic a bit inappropriate for ST?

Horneby & Marienkirchen - The Grid Is Dead
Dannibee commented on MandelSoft's City Journal Entry in Schellingen Stadt
Maarten that is a very impressive road system, it's amazing how far we've come with mods :O. Although one thing, I really don't think the houses fit with the Germanic/European style much... -
Probably the most successful town I've made playing legitimately...

Perhaps they should actually act on what the consumers want then, it should really be obvious.

The Principality Of Tantico Entry 36: The Rubic Incident: Nearing a Verdict!
Dannibee replied to 89James89's topic in SC4 City Journals
Wow, I would not want to live anywhere near that harbour; the poor local wildlife have probably been annihilated too. I hope they can clear up that pollution soon! -

Really loving your journal, it makes me want to go back and play the game vanilla for once. You've got natural growth done right. -
Ideas for realistic city layout development by "house rules"
Dannibee replied to whiteboybob's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
I was thinking that if we comprised a set of rules together for realistic city building we could start new regions and compare with other people in a kind of game. My personal rule is no water until populations hits 40,000, then you can start zoning the medium density. -

Replies Samerton: More is on it's way TowerDude: Thanks Benedict: Thank you Somerford Well after a week of trying to fix my malware problems I finally ran my PC in safe mode and installed Malwarebytes, ran it, and now my computer is okay again. I didn't lose anything at all and nothing was corrupted, I call that a success! SC4 works fine and I now have new pictures from Somerford: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF8&ll=50.738221,-1.755388&spn=0.010198,0.033023&z=16 So here's Somerford: The whole area of Somerford in SC4, with the A35 running along the top Some small apartments built in the 70's, does anyone know how to get rid of the visual abandonment? A housing estate along Normandy Road built in the late 90's More housing along the side of Somerford Junior School A little piece of woodland in between the two housing estates The fields of The Grange School The traffic view of the harbour, fairly accurate but not 100% Oh well, after that little glitch this CJ can carry on, won't update as much though, end of year exams and whatnot, see you next time on the New Forest!

That I'm not so sure on, the next CEO really has to focus on sorting out EA's public image and start gaining more sales. Their profits within the last 4 years have decreased quite a lot. Or that may just be optimism
