Here ya go, the top one might be just what you're looking for. The buildings will still downgrade/become abandoned but now it wont show the dark blackend state for 180 years, which is more than enough time to fix whatever is causing the downgrade.

This one, makes it so the high wealth buildings will grow with stricker demand requirements, thus creating a lot less $$$ buildinds from growing to shortly after downgrade.

as far as I know these do not work with CAM, so don't use them if you're using CAM. Personally, I recomend CAM I use it and have has flawless growth results. Oh how rudes of meh! I like your CJ, very nice!
