Love these lots!  I'm always on the hunt for mid-rises.  Thanks so much.

I really really like all your stuff, but I think it would be super helpful in this case to have a daytime photo that doesn't have that blurred effect... how can we see the details when most of it is "out of focus"?  (I'm gonna download it anyway, cause I know it's gonna be awesome :)  Thanks!
  3. I've searched online and haven't found anything, so sorry if this has already been covered, but here's my problem: Most of the time, when I want to change the orientation of a ploppable lot, I have no problem using the home/end keys and the lot rotates as I want it to. Sometimes, though, the lot is like a magnet and refuses to let the orientation arrow point to any direction other than a road (or at least follows the street-road-avenue hierarchy). So basically, I press home or enter, it rotates as desired for like a split second, then immediately rotates back to the arrow's "natural" position. Like, so fast, that even when I click to prop directly after rotation, it has already rotated back. And I'm talking about all ploppable lots, not just those which are transit-enabled. It arises as a problem particularly with custom lots that are designed to point away from roads (under-elevated parks, pond pieces, certain embankment pieces). Since this problem happens randomly (and only maybe 20% of the time), I'm wondering if a) it's something that sometimes doesn't load upon game start-up, or b) I'm accidentally hitting some "smart-key" during some game sessions which turn this feature on or off. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!
  4. In response to what I wrote above, here (below) is a picture that I hope makes it more clear what I'm talking about. Both of these lots are identical 3x3 hooha parking lots, oriented the same way (with the arrow pointing to the horizontal street). As you can see with the one on the right, it's possible to draw streets out from both sides of the lot in addition to the front. On the left, now there is an obstruction (the NAM viaduct ramp). Since there's no way to draw a street into the lot, it appears red, even though the arrow is oriented correctly. If I were to rotate the lot, it would turn blue -- even though the arrow doesn't point to the "fronting" street. But there are no more obstructions. I'm not sure if this helps, or if it's the problem you're talking about, but when I was first working with transit-enabled lots it took me a while to learn this, so hopefully this helps someone!
  5. Are the lots in question transit-enabled? (ie, several ploppables have sections that are designed to drag a street, road, or rail into). If so, that's probably not a bug, it means that the transit-enabled section is barred from making the connection. In other words, in a lot with transit-enabled connections on the sides, if there is a highway/onramp/whatever directly adjacent to that, it will be red even though intuitively you'd think you could plop it (based on the arrow)
  6. Believe it or not, I like the greener plants better. Marsh reeds I've seen tend to lean more toward the yellow-green than the tannish brown, but maybe it's different in SC. Can you use both? Different tidal zones, even slightly different, often have different flora. Or, how do they look when mixed? Do you plop them or are they "painted" on?
