The store is located at 1 East 57th Street, corner with Fifth Avenue. "Louis Vuitton’s 20,000 square foot store in Manhattan is built in the New York Trust Company building, most recently occupied by Warner Brothers. The transformation of the building's exterior from 1930 art deco into contemporary luxury was designed by Jun Aoki, the Japanese architect responsible for Louis Vuitton’s retail appearance in Japan. Aoki describes his glass façade as “a playfully sleek meditation on crystalline transparency and clouded translucency.” The white milkiness created by a ceramic coating on the inner surface of the glass extends into the window openings, where a white checkerboard pattern creates a gradual transition from opacity to transparency – a similar effect to that used in most modern cars where black dots printed on the glass are used to suggest that the windows are larger than the metal frames behind them. In the Louis Vuitton store the transition is intriguingly effective, both during the day and at dusk." This building works as a landmark. Hello, First happy new simyear to everyone, hope this year will be rich of great new BATing and lot of newcomer on this website. Well, to explain why I opened this thread is because since mid-november, my SC4 stopped working brutally without being able to find a solution to my problem. After having check many (many) forums and solutions which doesn't work for me, i decided to explain my situation. Maybe it is easier than what I think. The context : Mid November, after a normal using of the game, it brutally stopped working the day after. I remember the game bugged before I turned it off. Like the iced screen or something like this. I forced the stop by pushing CTRL+ALT+DEL and turn it offin the control window. I also remember I made a windows security update btw. I already checked many forum which suggest to delete an update "KB3086255". I did it! but many upgrade seems to have occurred that day of 18/11. I m using a Windows 7 version. The symptoms : Using a cracked version (after my official game got problem), it worked perfectly before that day. When i try to launch the game, it seems for a half second that something happen. And then nothing. The installation is complete and goes to 100%. So no installation problem. A friend gave me his official SC4D to try, and it doesn't work neither. I mean I get the same symptoms. After the installation completion, nothing happen when trying to launch it via the desktop icon. I have downloaded the SC4 launcher app too. Nothing. The result : A GIGANTIC frustration. The Question : Does anyone already faced this. With the system windows 7 i get. I looked at dozens of forums. I cannot solve my problem. It seems link to the windows upgrade but not sure at all...

You cannot imagine how Happy you make me tonight! I tried the solution you suggest, the one to change the "sc sec secdrv" and turned it on. and now IT WORKS ! THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH for all your explanations. I m so grateful. I would also add thank you to others who tried to help me too, and for the tips the gave here to get the game working again. Yes still using a disc-based game. Well i think I m gonna try to delete everything and re-install the whole thing. If it's not working, going to download the numeric version to try. And if it fails, I will stop Thank you very much for having try to help me anyway.

Thanks a lot for your reply... The extension you mentioned, i have some difficulties add it to the existing line. Do i have to copy it after the target line : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe-d:software" ? Or do I have to add a new line? I tried few options but it failed to work... if this doesn't work with the software option, I admit I don't know how to solve my problem... that's disturbing

Ok. Thank you for your help and trying to find with me a solution to this problem. I checked my windows update list and didn't notice it anywhere BUT if i just look in the search bar by myself and writing the KBnumber on the top right, i found some lines matching with this security update. The problem is I m quiet afraid to delete files by myself, especially files being part of the "System32" area... Screenshot :

I now use another official version. The old cracked one was in fact after a time my CD stopped working. Well, I noticed that the KB update is dated of 2015. By the way my game was playing normally after this.. meaning it's not the main cause!

Wow JP. It's been a while I haven't been to a building topic here, and I m discovering (with a strong exaltation) you are still BATing. Amazing work as usual... Désolé. Ce message est ancien (2012) et probablement dans une humeur de chien au moment où je l'ai écrit... J 'ai hélas perdu ce fichier, et la texture du trottoir est une sorte de brick mais je n'ai plus souvenir de quel "dependencies" il dépend... Je suis relativement absent de ce site, c'est un pur hasard que j'ai pu prendre connaissance de toutes les remarques sur ce fichier... Je peux essayer de changer ça mais faut que je trouve comment (perdu l'habitude de bosser ici). Toutes mes excuses encore Parisian

THE TUDOR CITY COMPLEX, NEW YORK CITY Version 2 Improvements : roof lights and redesigned "Tudor City" board sign located on Prospect tower. HISTORY Completed in 1928, it consisted of twelve apartment buildings containing 3,000 housing units and 600 hotel rooms. The design by the architect H. Douglas Ives and his team was based heavily on the Tudor Style, an architectural style prevalent during the Tudor Dynasty. Characteristic for this style is the brickwork and the application of fine intricate stonework. THE LOTS In this pack, you're gonna find 3 of the 12 buildings that compose the whole complex of Tudor City in New York. those are the most iconic part of the whole complex : Tudor, Prospect and WIndsor buildings. For a realistic positioning, make it this order from left to right : Tudor Tower, Propect Tower, Windsor Tower. All buildings are 4X2 tiles. Just separate them by one tile. Hey Guy. That is cool you are giving an interest for NYC buildings. Those models you choose are truly interesting models, particularly the Hearst Tower.... BUT, the problem is that those models you upload are just simple textured box... So in term of quality it's not that good, and the texture need some more work as long as the rest of the model. You could decide to learn a little, how to BAT and recreate those models out of Sketchup import/Gmax export. I gave you a 3 (because you show a very passionnate will to build, but a 3 because those models definetly needs more work).

220 South Central Park, is a skyscraper currently under-construction in Midtown Manhattan. on 58th W between 7th and 8th. This building will be part of the new skyline of New York (along with the Nordstrom in the same area). This file contains only the tallest structure of the complex (including 2 buildings, one measuring 952ft (290m - 66floors) and another one smaller, located on the central park south lane, (not included in this file). I recently switched to 3ds Max, and this building I made for my own use a year ago has been realized with Gmax. I have decided to relase it here considering some of you would like to get it in game and in the same way, uploading one of the last BAT i did with Gmax. The file is a 2x4 tiles lot, functionning as a ploppable landmark with a high value for the surrounding area where you will plop it. Install: copy/extract the NYBT parent folder into your plugins*. If you extracted the _Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder. *Install only either NYBT Parisian 220 Central Park South v1 or NYBT Parisian 220 Central Park South v2, since both of the versions has the same model TGI, one would override the other. The 712 Fifth Avenue is a 198 meters building erected in 1991 and located in Midtown Manhattan. The tower design had to accomodate the landmarked facades of the Coty and Rizzoli buildings at the base of the tower. It is also home of luxury stores such as Christian Dior, Roberto Cavalli and Henri Bendel. This building is truly a beauty, and deserves a honest 5 stars to me. Just a little thing for the bater and the lot size : Maybe you rendered it without paying attention to the X and Y axis and that is why the building base is larger than what it should be in Lot Editor. Or maybe you willingly did it Anyway the building is perfect!
