The Singer Building New York 1.0

The building itself looks good, but the lotting does not:-) The parking is... well, painful:-) and the plaza makes me want to cry -- I like to surround buildings like this  with nice stuff and those two features make it impossible. Either lot this bat with nice trees (or something ; there's a lot of of nice stuff out there),  and the right parking (see KOSC) -- or leave it bare, with nothing at all, and let us do the work as we please ?

Been waiting for this building for awhile so I don't mind cleaning the lot up.

I'm giving it 5 stars, for the building, but I am going to re-lot this piece with the utmost respect and artistic integrity it deserves.   Just sit back and enjoy. 

This building is truly a beauty, and deserves a honest 5 stars to me. 

Just a little thing for the bater and the lot size : Maybe you rendered it without paying attention to the X and Y axis and that is why the building base is larger than what it should be in Lot Editor. Or maybe you willingly did it  Anyway the building is perfect!

You've made a terrific creation. One that can have the lot remade into anything the designer desires. 5 Stars

I like it but I'd be so much more to me should it be a commercial, even it it was growable, one thing I really don't like is the parking next to the building, this looks like a W2W, so it would be impossible for me to connect it to other buildings to that's a shame. Also, how much does it cost per month? Does it include nightlights? You should write a little more.
