look at this way...if 8% of america watched a television show, how many people would be watching that show...well actually thats not a great analogy based on 400+ channels, but take the way-back machine to about 20 years ago when the main channels where ABC, NBC, CBS, and to a lesser extent FOX...8% of the market would not warrant a show even passing the pilot stage...8% of america is just under 2.4 million people, truly a large number, but compared to the other 272 million, well i think the numbers speak for themselves...sorry OS/X people but if youre truly a gamer then buy a bill gates machine

actually, there is only about a 4 square block area of Hoboken that looks like the PJs...most of the old industry has already left and those buildings are being converted into lofts, or just flat-out being torn down...im gonna have to find some pics of my old block to upload so you can see what a great residential area it is, block after block of beautiful brownstones -

if you guys wanna see what urban renewal looks like then just visit Hoboken. 20 years ago it was a dump and now 600 sq ft apartments are selling for $250k. there are still some bad parts of town but nothing like it was before the yuppies moved in. Washington Street is chock full of little ma and pa shops, bars, restaurants and sinatra park is right on the hudson river with a view of manhattan from the Verrazano to the GW bridges. -
hands down best city name of all time is BOLLOCKSVILLE!!! this also happens to be a city in central North Carolina, and if you want the best street name ive ever seen, Po White Parkway in Richmond, VA

Some older lots had these files included, so they will overwrite the newer version and you may lose the queries on some lots. The designers here in this community have busted there butt to improve your game far and beyond what EA has done for improvements. I suggest to anyone that has a problem of any sort from a STEX download to go Download the BAT Tool and let us see if you can do better. Sorry if this offends anyone but you either put up or shut up. SG, you helped me out a couple weeks back with my being unable to query some of your lots...well i got the updated bsc_essentials and that worked out great, except for now i cant query your new bank, and some of your high-tech industrials...any idea whats goin on??? p.s. the bsc_Essentials_OG.dat is dated 3/26/2005 p.p.s. these new lots look awesome im gonna have to take a trip to wisconsin one of these days
