I have made a few rail bumpers for both GLR and heavy rails and you will find them in these packs.

I have also made 2 rail mods. One will automatically add  HD rail bumpers to heavy rails end stubs and the other will add both the rail bumpers and end rail clutter for more realism.

Follow the included installation instructions.

If you play with GLR a lot you may want to dl these GLR spurs for even more realism.

Apologies for the original version of this post. I confused myself about what was in BSC MEGA Props kevdan25.dat and originally wrote faulty instructions.

There are two ways to fix this...

Option #1

Open the KevDan25 prop pack file in the Reader. Find the two files below and delete them. Save the file.

Option #2

If you don't feel comfortable using Reader, I've made a patch that will override the automata and switch it back to the original Maxis design. The file is attached to this post as a ZIP. Simply copy the folder named "z_Cop Car Fix" directly into your plugins folder. (Do not rename this folder or put it inside of another folder in your plugins.)

I see the rail bumpers when i'm making a RRW but i can't see the bumpers when i make a GLR

Hi, I have several enquiries so let's start with the easy ones:

1. The glass white building in the middle, and the green glass building up front, are they real BAT? They seem to be, thanks!

3. The most difficult one, I'm not all that happy with the new NAM, not to say I'm struggling, I had been busy with my new flat, and college so I didn't have the time and now I do, so here are my questions for you.
3.1. The old NAM had an option as the cover the MAXIS highways with plugin, does anyone remember what that is? I want them to look like NAM but being still Maxis', as you know, NAM's does not allow tunnels nor bridges.
3.2. There used to some train stations that connected directly to trams, where can I get those back? I honestly love the new NAM in a lot of ways but hate it in some too. Especially since I'm now unable to open a city without CTD because I lack those stations.

For #1 - That image looks like it's from one of Korver's True Earth journals. If Korver used someone else's BATs for those two buildings, they might be available, and hopefully someone will recognize them. However, Korver makes a lot of custom BATs that are not released. So there is a very good chance that those two buildings are not available publicly.

For #2 - The small building you circled is a foundry, and it was released by Matt last night. I posted the link to it two posts above you in this thread.

The left building is a BAT that Matt made based on a historic warehouse from the Australasian Steam Navigation Company. It has not been released yet, but it will likely be available sometime in the next couple of months.

It's English in fact, from the NDEX. Cannot remember its name though, but I guess this narrows the search.

I can also remember that @kingofsimcity made a relot of it, as a corporate park.

Might it be this one (Link) you are thinking of? Or maybe you mean the Maxis Highway Override? That is part of the NAM installation that can be selected (it is not by default).

NAM does contain a few sets of tram (GLR) stations. Were you using something else? There are other sets available but may not have been modified to match NAM's network values. In addition, if you had a pre-NAM37 installation, you might take note of this from the NAM documentation regarding stations:

"The Station Locator, Updater, and Reconstruction Project (SLURP) is also no longer handled by the new installer. A scaled down version of the old installer will be made at a later date to handle SLURP routines. Users wishing to retain SLURPed stations should retrieve them from the "z___NAM\Mass Transit Lots\Station Overrides" folder in their existing NAM installation, where they will be found in the "Mass Transit Lots" subfolder. Note that users running the 64-bit version of SimCity 4 on macOS may wish to refrain from retrieving SLURP stations, as there have been some encoding issues with stations that cause that version of the game to CTD."

Also, did you confirm that the 4GB patch was applied when you installed NAM? Without it, CTDs will probably result.

Thanks, I found them by searching keywords in google, I referred to the COGEO GLR to train stations, I did install the 4GB patch but that is the only city that CTD, anyway, it seems it cannot be solved, a pity but nothing else can be done, so, should I install the NAM again to correct that override? You were right, I referred to it.

Hi - back again with another request. I am looking for diagonal corner building lots that will fit in a corner as depicted in the below image:

As you can see, I have one corner lot, but I am looking for others and am having a hard time finding ones that aren't low density lots. I know I've seen lots like this on the STEX before, but now that I am actually trying to search for them (using search terms like "diagonal corner" in both Simtropolis and Google Search), I have had no luck finding anything.

If any of you know of diagonal lots that fit in the spaces above, please let me know! To clarify, it doesn't necessarily have to be in the same style as the above building, and in fact I'd like to find more modern buildings that fit diagonal corner lots as well. I'm also aware of the work of EffTheGrid, and while I do like their work, I am looking for medium/high density buildings rather than low-density ones.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you are able to provide!

Hmmm. Any other changes to the plugins? There are a few other things that could lead to CTDs - mixing tree/terrain mods, multiple seaports/airports, not setting shortcut parameters...

Yes, you can reinstall and select it in the Highway section. Be sure to totally remove any previous NAM installation by removing it from the Plugins folder. The new installer does not remove or over-write previous installations. If you were using a pre-NAM37, then you'll need to also remove the z___NAM folder.
