The one on the bottom is Greystone Church by Equinox. I am not sure about the others.

Hi, the one in the center is Galeria Kaufhof by SimCity4IE here

The first building above is "Boutique Louis Vuitton", here

So i came across this photo on google its from the Toutsimcites website

I know where to find the subway puzzle pieces but i never saw a subway railroad like that (the 1st picture with the tram on the grass)
How can we make one single subway rail road?

Is that possible in SC4 or is it a Mod?

I REPEAT: I'm talking about the first photo, the Tram in the grass

That one is a balloon loop, included on the Ground Light Rail mod of the NAM. I It's, for now at least, the only piece of single track GLR in the game.

The GLR includes a GLR over grass override version, though.

I downloaded this 2 stations created by Simmer2 (Central Station and Simtropolis Station)

I got all the dependencies but i am still getting brown boxes, don't know what i am missing

Help would be great

Brown boxes only happen if a dependency is missing, so you probably either missed a dependency or failed to install it properly. It's a common issue, especially for lots with lots of dependencies.

And can you provide a link to a tutorial ?? 

There is a young man just getting started in SC4, and he frequently asks me how I do certain things.  Unfortunately -- almost EVERYTHING I do these days is on a custom lot -- and he has had NO exposure to EDITOR.  (I think EDITOR is on the LEX -- but I have no idea where.)

"jugesal" is his private message address and he is fluent in Spanish with English as a second language.  If you cannot send him the message for some reason, simply post the answer HERE and I will see that it gets to him.  At this point -- a tutorial is a MUST for him.

I would REALLY appreciate any help --

I could only remember this pack of MMP's. But this set here also has one tractor MMP, but I don't know if that's what exactly your looking for:

That's the one. I had a feeling it was SimGoober and I hunted through his content here yesterday, but couldn't find anything. Google didn't help either. I datpacked the original but half of it disappeared off the menu and I had already pitched the zipper. Thanks.

Does anyone know if these transit enabled bus lane/park combination lots are available anywhere? You can see them near the bottom of the picture on the left, one of them forms a T with the road, with the buses driving down the road part.

This looks like something by @paeng, and if that's the case, those most surely aren't transit enabled, they just have a road spur to visually connect with roads.

I remember that @catty-cb and @Fantozzi were working on cataloguing Paeng's creations, and even made some threads on it.

Don't know what fantozzi was doing they have never contacted me, all the files that Paeng passed over to me are either on the STEX or the city builders club and all copies of paeng's files were passed over to @Tyberius06
