Found this Googling: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=322.msg414564#msg414564

Short version: Someone in the thread asks what happened to some of Debussyman's BATs, including the Hallesches Tor. Debussyman replies that they were never released and that he doesn't have them anymore.

He mentions that the models might be in one of the BSC prop packs Barby released. I checked both of Debussyman's BSC prop packs, and I didn't see the Hallesches Tor in there.

I found a couple of other references to it earlier in his thread. Unfortunately, all of the pictures from before 2013 seem to be missing, so I couldn't find a picture of the model.

Guess @mattb325 should have it in his Plugins? Because the Pic is from him... ~1 Year ago.

That looks great. I can see why you wanted to track it down.

Not me alone. Someone out of the German Sim Page asked for it either.

I know that Matt has said that there was a private BSC board where members of the BSC team would sometimes share BATs with each other, so Matt's screenshots sometimes have buildings that were never made publicly available and which he, unfortunately, doesn't have permission to share.

The Problem is, Debussyman have had a HDD Crash few Years ago (same like @Tyberius06) and lost a lot of BATs. Like the "Kölner Dom" or "Schloss Versailles".

Can you guys remind me what tool do we use to edit region-wide terrain? I'm sure it was an SC4D item.

I must have deleted it somehow... :hmph:

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.

Also worth checking...

Hi!

It's part of @T Wrecks IRM I-Ht filler's set by default. @kingofsimcity and myself ( @Tyberius06) also created additions to this filler set, if you browse our uploads you will find them.

- Tyberius

I looked at @T Wrecks@kingofsimcity, and @Tyberius06 and I couldn't find that parking lot or a building with that parkibg lot.

The parking lot in the pic you posted is the last one I linked. It's completely modular, so you won't find it "pre-fab". As @Tyberius06 said, you can find more content related to the IRM searching these profiles.

By the way, I would like to find the buildings and the park pointed with a green arrow in the same picture

And this building also pointed with a green arrow (I already found the red one)

The only thing I know about it is that the real building is called "4 King Street West" and it's from Toronto. It is a 3x3 building. I remember using it in my cities at least since 2012 but I broke my laptop in 2014 and lost several content from SC4 including it. I don't remember where or when I download it but it was most likely Simtropolis in the very first years of the 2010s. Since then I've been trying to find it but, no success so far... maybe it is saved in one of the Simtropolis CDs, that sometimes have BATs that got deleted from the STEX afterwards...

Was messing around with wider roads and noticed a gap.  Guess it's called the median, and the normal Avenue normally fills it in with flowers, or have seen some PEG filler that will do custom filler for like Airports or depending on area.

What kind of filler is there for this ?

I had downloaded the Tyberius06's Heretic GLR Station and collected all the dependencies. But the photo sees that I lack plugins related to pedestrians. Does anyone meets the same problem like me? I want to find out what I need, Thanks !

I downloaded this from:
