You know that there is a Workingman Production category in the download section here on STEX  Also if you check LEX out, you would find WMP/Workingman Production uploads there as well... Also it's like the second link if you google it like: simtropolis workingman production

This pack has a ridiculous number of MMPs (which I assume is what is shown in the pic), and lots of dependencies. Definitely worth a look.

Also MMPs This one has boats, bathers, fishermen at least

You can download it from the STEX here (Link). There are several versions of the that particular file around. It was sometimes included as a specific file in NOB's downloads. The version on the STEX is probably the most up-to-date and complete version.

Indeed CURRENTLY the one(s) with the name NOB Ftexture (final - Tyb organized version).zip and/or (final).zip are the most recent ones, BUT whoever has/had the LEX DVDs probably have a file called NOB Texture Pack Vol01.dat, which is generally the same, but the original contains some redundant texture FSHs, which was taken out from this LEX DVD version. I made some investigation a few months ago during Project ZIP on LEX and compiled a definitive version of the FTexture/NOB Textures (I went through on their full collection of uploads which can be found on hide-inoki and simcity4cn and here on STEX) which will be available when we start updating LEX with the Project ZIPped contents. Also I tend to update the upload here with that same file.

Iberiada set polish files I have, except some corner buildings  ! Searched Simtropolis, SC4Devotion and  Capital Sims withour result. Anyone know some of these and maybe some other featured like the school and other !

The upper two are from the Italian collection. I made a relot with them.

 

The lowest one is the Seaside Villa from cobb32118.
