All the WMP prop/model and texture creations have been merged and compiled into thematical mega prop packs. Those single prop packs are no longer available:

Power and the car props can be found most likely in the WMP mega props 1. Ferry props depends on which models and props. All the textures are in the WMP Mega Textures. You will need as an essential dependency for all the WMP lots, the WMP essentials.

I googled "rowhouses SimCity 4" and I was scrolling the images results when I stumbled on this nice picture. I followed the link but the author just showed this because he based his cities skyline model on this lot he made a long time ago for SimCity 4 and there is no other link to find it. Has anyone seen this for download somewhere? Thanks for your help, here is the link where I found the picture.

I don't think that was ever released, unfortunately. Feindbold is well known for his work in C:S, but prior to that he dabbled in the NYBT BATters' group. I don't think any of his SC4 works were published.

I'd be very surprised if you cant find something very similar that is available, i seem to remember quite a lot of variety in rowhouses in SC4. Let us know if you struggle to find some, i'll see if i can help.

As others have already noted unfortunately these might not have been released at all. Tapscott Houses by Aaron Graham might be the closest thing available.

Hi i'm looking for something like this, basically those are plastic bags for grain storage, similar to grain elevators but on the ground. I did some search but found nothing, even i'm not sure how it's called, in spanish is called "silo bolsa", but i couldn't find any name for it in english thats why my search probably failed. Thanks

I think you might be correct that nothing quite like it is in SC4.

The SPAM mod and the dutch Farms shown below do have extra farming options, but im not sure this is featured.

In the UK we have similar plastic bags that they put over vulnerable crops in early year to keep them alive from the cold. The SPAM fields have some cabbages and such that use props that look somewhat similar to these silo bolsa

Throwing a Hail Mary here... I recall some time ago seeing or having a horse racing track.. a large one like a Churchill Downs kind of set up. May have been from a Japanese BATer. Anyone know what I'm talking about or have something comparable?

You may try FANTOZZI's Big Paeng Theory, there is a Horse Racing Track in the package.

Don't know if this will help, but I have it in a backup folder named 'Degital Earth (Totsugeki-Taichou)'. However, the corresponding link goes to a site that is now dedicated to RailSim. Let me look around...

Edit: Curious, the date on my download is last October and it's got a Readme that seems to have been created by Tyberius... Let's beep @Tyberius06

This Collection contains 10 original (but slightly updated and organized, but the main features and capacities haven't been changed) creations from Degital Earth and an English localization file (which is actually included every separate zip as well) made by me/Tyberius06, because the ingame names and descriptions of these contents were written in Japanese character set, which makes them unreadable for the not Japanese versions of the game.
In all cases I provided an English language htm based readme, also kept the original Japanese readme.txt, but to save them, due to the special character set I converted them to UTF-8 charset. Where there was original readme, I also made a rough google translator based English translation in *.txt format.

I felt that it will be usefull one day eventually :D :D If I recall correctly, those are a few texures to give bus bays for the road below the ped bridge of the elevated station.

i´m looking for a new Background for my Regions/City Maps. I downloaded a "Start Background" few Day´s ago, but i cant get it running.

This is no more acceptable:

If i remember correctly the background .png files have to go in the install plugins folder. They don't get loaded when they're in documents/plugins.

Hi @City_Slider

By chance, did you try this one by drunkapple/dobdriver? (STEX)(LEX) If so, it does contain an installer that will place files where needed. You might check that.

If not, you might look into it. It will change the region view to stars as well as cities. Just a thought...

Alternatively if plain and dull is desired, I created a set of 10 solid backgrounds a while ago...
 

 

This includes versions for both the region view and also city view.
 

Where to Install:

  • Region View:  These can go inside either Plugins folder.
     
  • City View:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins
    (Or wherever your game is installed)

Which building is this? It's five by three tiles big and has no name attached to it. About 4000 Jobs. It's missing its props and the building itself. BTW I don't remember where I download it from or what's the name of the site I got it from... Help would be appreciated thx.
