I'm looking for a set of seawalls. The texture is light-coloured, and the set has a wide arrangement of different angles and includes pieces where some kind of climbing plants hang on the walls. I have a distinct memory of having downloaded them previously from a japanese website, but that's not for sure.

I don't know if any plugin like this exists but does anyone know of some plugin that replace the ferries with more modern looking/contemporary models? I just saw airman15 posted a set of steam ferries to the STEX so it must be possible

No mod like that ever been existed, because zoning commercial and residential is impossible. Industries consisted of three types:

-Anchor (The building that has to be attached to the road)

-Mechanical (The buildings around the anchor/main building)

-Out (All other buildings like warehouses and parking areas)

This system is not applicable in Residential and Commercial areas, not only because the zoning system is hard-coded, it is not making any sense too.

This is probably the stadium that you have been looking for.

Addition to that would be ALN Rugby Fields by Chrisadams, he also made 3 prop packs for the ALN-series.. one of them contains props for rugby stadiums

Any mod which would replace the green areas (circled in red in pic) with the sidewalk texture? They appear in places besides the roads that aren't connected to zones. Can be only the basic maxis sidewalk-texture as well.

I have been looking for a certain football field. It looks like the in-game university.The front and sides of the stadium look like the front of the university. The stadium appears to be a match for the university. I have tried every combination of search phrases and still cannot find this stadium. Does anyone know of this field?

There are a few "night time" background mods with stars or some sort of celestial effect, but that's not what I'm looking for. Though I will try them anyways to see how the look.

 

Rather tired of the blue/black grid background, but having some of the sky textures doesn't look right either.

I couldn't find one, so here's one I've just whipped up:

As the name goes, it's rather simple. But if you think it's worthwhile I could always upload it to the STEX.

 

 

Installation

1.  First backup your default background files to a safe location.

     These are located inside your game's "Maxis" plugins folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins"

2.  Copy the 5 new black PNG files into this same folder.

3.  Done!
