Sexy i want to give you one or two suggestions, dont take it personally.

 

First, in my opinion, if you want to build that many skyviews, imo you should do it more far away from the CBD.

Also the CS$$$ buildings, the white ones, you can add other buildings instead, in order for them not to be that much repeated.

The same for the Tokyo Big building.

I like the Highway layout and the other buildings, should consider add ramps to the highway but probably you will. I like the Shinkansen through the city, is perfect. Oh and the parks, i would add paths but that just my way of seeing it.

It looks good but it will look better in the future.

Thanks Supermessi The thing is those CS$$$ buildings grow like frickin weed in my cities T_T unfortunately well even I thought of adding BSC park paths. Is there a way to stop those white buildings from growing all over the place ?

I don't know lol, i wish those CS$$$ buildings grew in my city, i always have to plop them. What density you use in the zoning? High, mid or low?

Doing something a little different. I'm working on a space and science research centre located in the northern part of the region. 

It's located away from the city to not draw attention to itself but its tallest buildings can be seen from many different areas of high elevation throughout the region.

This is the Algoma Space and Science Research Institute. Most of it is hidden underground so it's safe  from attacks but there are still lots of building that are visible.

This was the original area that had an unexpected explosion where the main buildings of the complex were destroyed.

This building is only known as the experiment tower where most experiments are brought to life.

So I thought I'd turn an old city that I made back in early 2012 into a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Here's what used to be a downtown sunken highway, now flooded and overgrown. The embankments and overpasses crumble, creating new safe havens for animals.

It's beautiful, whether or not the city is still alive and well! You could argue that the abandoned area was the focal point of the Got-lost-commuting-around-the-block Crisis of 2003!

An industrial port area I am working on. And yes, what would such an area be without polluted waters!  This will be the oil ship transfer station.

kingofsimcity: Wow, that's simply great. And something entirely new, barely ever seen nature conquering back formal human territories.

This is something I'm working on: It's  supposed to be kind of a research station in a national park. I've relotted a lot of buildings. It's containing a headquarter (Chalet Edelweiss), employee homes (Halifax Boxes), a water tower, an observation tower, a storage shed, a power generator (although most likely I'll replace it with a wind turbine, I'll just need to find a suitable place), and a pier with guardboats, since it is located on an island. Hope you like it.

Thanks mate. They're custom content made just for this plant, I based them off of the ones at OPG generating stations.

Unfinished factory zone. I was forced to use modified chemical tanks due to a severe pollution bug that caused air and water pollution to skyrocket to insane levels.

Might I recommend creating a lot for that AVE-2 abrupt ending? maybe leading into a company or something. It throws off the picture.

Great Work fellow Mayors.

Well,i`m currently working on another Area in my Manhattan Map.This Time it`s a small Neighborhood called Manhattanville.Does it ring a Bell,well it should because the amazing NYBT Team came up with batting several Industrial Buildings from that Area.Sadly,most of the Buildings are gone now in real Life but this doesn`t mean it need to stay that way.

I tried to build up this Area to it`s former "Glory"...

This airport has been torture. It's been perpetually in progress but I think it is finally starting to come together!

A few modifications to make it more ergonomical if it were a real airport. For starters, the taxiways in between runways were straightened, a 3rd runway is being added so aircraft don't need to backtrack, and the original "forks" of the terminal have been converted into satellite terminals! The 3rd runway is on the south end of this image and it is expected to extend over to an adjacent city.

A shot of the new passageway, and a few modifications had to be made to the airport roadways as well. This new passageway was created for smaller aircraft as the previous design would have acted like a bottleneck. In theory, larger aircraft *could* pass through, but the largest one that can is the DC-10. Anything bigger will clip the RJ-85's that would normally sit at those two gates in front of the intersection as well as the terminals.

And what used to be the forks have also been re-engineered. No longer are there twelve turning circles, now there are eight with eight new gates for CRJ's!
