Some more stuff I'm working on now that I'm back. International Dealer building needs more detail and will look good once it's done. I based the lot off of the one @kingofsimcity did for the Freightliner Dealer but it needs to be tweaked.

A while back I released some multifunction stations. A number of folks asked if I release the buildings as non-train stations. After all, I based many of them on real buildings. For instance this one was taken from the Spitalfields in London. I have disentangled the rail components and signage, added a few pits and pieces, changed others and made it a diagonal ploppable college:

There are so few buildings for diagonal roads. I'll take a look at a few of the other buildings and maybe do the same for them, too....

We're gonna need a bigger assortment  of sunken train stations at the 7.5m design, we currently just have 1. We also need more (read: simpler than Mattb325's) elevated stations at the 7.5m level. NAM 36's subway view is very tedious to work with and normally I don't use subways under elevated stations unless working with major transit hubs.

I'm not sure. On LEX and STEX I don't think so. Also not on Simcitykurier or Toutsimcities. On Capitalsims checking the past few years releases it is also a no. What is left is the far eastern private and collective sites, but most of them ceased to be active after SC5, and there haven't been regular releases in the past couple of years. 

I would say that nope, there isn't any rail station on this depth.  Closest is maybe the SFBT Commuter stations, but those visually working better with 15 meters too, but with less perfectionism some of them can be used lower height and depth.

After a few tweaks this station now becomes a diagonal school (it is modded for junior and senior)

 

And, someone shared a picture of a little real-life clinic and it makes a nice addition to W2W or suburban areas.

Now that Southeast Vancouver is completed, I'm moving back into the Downtown area for my next project.  DTQ 3 (Downtown Quadrant 3) is next up and needs a refresh after being brought back from the dead when the Prop Pox fix came out.
