Yo --

I would put high-dollar residential on the west coast for a nice view of the sea -- industrial on the east where shipping and docks could take advantage of the sheltered bay.

Soo, I went and took your advice and so far it's looking good, my next step is that residential area on the west coast. Once I'm done with that i can start heading north. :D

The ongoing 18th Ave improvements.  Phase 2, 15th St to Hwy A1.

18th Ave @ 15th St, new intersection, TLA5 widening to TLA7.

18th Ave @ 14th St roundabout removed, intersection and road widening for future expansion, (14 St is next big project.)

Removed SPUI interchange for Parclo interchange.

Decided that I would loose to much frontage to upgrade to a B highway, so made it an intercity C route, of C43.

Phase 3 will continue to west to the Hoffstad border.  (Ended up being a quick job, just expanding TLA5 to TLA7)

Before and After, not much to show with this Phase.  Phase 4 will be from the Hazel River to the Oaksville border, have this to deal with:

@kingofsimcity I would get rid of the greenery in the back of the building. In retail companies don't waste money on that for employees and truckers. Here's one example from my hometown.

As for the eye, I think the fountain doesn't really fit in. It would make sense to have it in some kind of plaza, but not in what's essentially a traffic island. Since FAR props aren't really that common, maybe try outlining and filling the space with shrubs, something like this.

18th Ave Phase 4, project completion:

Removal of roundabout at B20.

Building new intersection, dual turn lanes.

Checked the work of my contractor, I knew I shouldn't have used EuroVia.  (Yes I have a hate-on for them,)

Saw this happen in the new roundabout while checking.

Here's a small farm I am working on.  I widened the gravel path/road so the pick-up truck , (when it shows up),  could connect to the dirt path which connects to the actual gravel road.  Let me know what you think.  Do the man-made paths look ok?  Or does someone have a suggestion on how to improve them.

I got my first ever 6x6 zone to grow!

That is a sharp looking building!  Dense residential so I'm guessing it's a condo with a rooftop pool?  Sweet . . . and big too!  Is that a kite flying in the foreground?

Working on trying to piece together this small section of my city. Lots of texture making and lotting required.

Looks great!  I like your choices of buildings and the main drag is getting a lot of use.  What is that roundabout in the forefront around the monument?  Did you make that?  It's wicked cool!

Very impressive work, @Deionn.  I really like that transit stop "square".  Functional and nice texture too.  Your buildings look good too and I like the variety of styles, colors, angles.  I'm no modding expert by any means but I know what looks good.  You have a great eye for detail and apparently some great skill as well.  I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work, maybe in a nice CJ when you get things put together.  Thanks for sharing! :thumb:
