Cool.  We can always use a few additional buildings to add to Clayhurst University.

(huhuhu little wily laugh) ... I propose to change the Built-Road-Tile (I had to come up with a name) ... this it's more meaningful :64cd12bf1e7d4_Capture-dcran-2023-08-04-163424.jpg.30048b371813d0e64ea1dc8c222e4f5d.jpg

Love your street designs but I'm having some issues unfortunately. In high and medium density/wealth areas, there's a mismatch in coloration which you can see at intersections and parking bays:

Meanwhile in my low density residential neighborhood cars are parking on grass!

This doesn't seem right. Maybe someone knows what I might've misconfigured here? I'm using SFBT Streetside trees, JRJ side parking bays, your WWStreets and MGB - Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) for Gobias Sudden Valley, if that makes a difference

This is not the thread to discuss this, but  .... did you read the readme? ... hihi ... I'm sure you didn't! As explained, you must not use TGN or SWN with my plugin! Finally, WWS must be loaded after ... some parts of TGN may remain. But we won't go into details here. As for SFBT street mod, there's not much I can do!

This looks fantastic, can I ask what grass texture you're using for the terrain here? It looks far more realistic than anything else I've seen

My bad for missing the readme file tbh and posting a support question in an unrelated thread. Anyway...

I would love to know which grass this is, too! It looks ridiculously good!

I find that a fresh coat of paint can really spruce up older bats. @Krio's Lapinkirkko looked great, but its Maxis fences kind of put me off from using it in my cities. Replacing those with @Girafe's hedges (big fan of the set by @Flann!) made a difference! Still a work in progress at this point. The plants and trees will probably be replaced by HD models by Girafe. I'm also considering adding gravestones around the building, but I don't want to overdo it either. Maybe keeping it simple is the way to go? Would removing the trees enable use of MMP's for more flexibility? Any advice would be appreciated!

My advice would be to remove the tree and replace them with Girafe's MMP work.  Some of his small flower MMP's also make excellent ground cover when employed sparingly.

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

It's a custom terrain/grass mod, that @Barroco Hispano created for himself. It's unreleased. I don't know if he plans to release it at all in the future.

Ok, cool*:thumb: If you wanna move this post to the cant find it here thread so as not to clutter this great thread, that's cool.

I would love to badger Barroco for it, but I'm not a psychopath! Even though I'm getting psychopathic ideas with that grass - like filling a who damn map with it and starting from scratch again! lol

Any specific lots I could check out for inspiration?

Great idea! Unfortunately the stairs in the front are part of the model, so finding the space for benches will be tricky. The church is now centered, but moving it to the side might free up some space. Decisions, decisions... *:???:

ANY lots by Mattb325 are landscaped very well -- invariably done with good taste, he selected the best @Girafe had to offer and never over indulged.  But I recommend you download all of Girafe's stuff and experiment with it until you find a style that suits you.  Landscape is a very "personal" aspect of the game, and you have to work with it until you develop a style that suits you and produces the desired harmonious result.

As for where to put the building -- center it.  "Balance" and "symmetry" are key elements of architecture and architectural landscape.  You might consider moving the building to the rear of the lot -- if you plan on landscaping behind it -- or possibly adding the cemetery there.  As I recall -- "Paeng" had some stuff that would make either a simple burial ground -- or one fit for Royalty.
