Extremely useful piece. Both as an MMP and a utility item!

I'm getting burnt out on path mmp's. They never work right for me. You can't see them at certain zooms, the color never seems to go with the terrain, distortions on close-ups, etc. I'd be happy with the mountain trail that comes with NAM, but it has no diagonals or wide curves. Easier to just draw a path on the final pic in MSPaint.

Working on a little low rise corner apartment, realized I had not made a pure residential lot yet so that had to change. The textures are still very much incomplete but this is the idea

As far as I've been able to find, there isn't an asphalt version of the 3 tile-wide (48m) runway for custom airports. I'm trying to create one that will be visually compatible with existing custom airport content. As such, I'm building off of the RMIP runways produced by @Voltaire.

Finished the 6th region of Wisconsin, 3 to go. Population is about 600,000 with 5 mil left and approximately 120 cities. Really tough cities.

I´ve been working a bit more on expanding my city horizontally with low density neigborhoods that follow my latin american theme. All the while, I've been modding and lotting BATs to play nice with the game's zoning mechanics and growth stages.
