It's been a while since I did a mega-lot project. The former IBM campus in Stuttgart is a 16x14 lot....

All the campus streets are network enabled and the 3 and 5 story pavilions have custom lods to allow different prop placements. Plus, I've made the underground garages/loading docks in such a way as to receive game shadows.

It is a reward and will be available soon.

Oh wow! This is the coolest lot I've seen in years and you've built it so the grounds can be extended by car park, driveway and forest fillers!

VERY WELL DONE here!

FABULOUS statuary !!

Splash it with some floodlighting and you've got the centerpiece for a park, or the perfect piece to front the Opera House !!

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

(Harry Lime to Holly Martins...Graham Greene's THE THIRD MAN...1949)

@davide1983it Those are lovely houses. I would definitely use them. The roof texture is a bit repetitive though. See on this model from Mattb325 how the tiles gradient goes from light at the top to dark at the bottom due to weathering?

@mattb325 That IBM Campus is seriously cool. I'm gonna reserve a 16x14 spot in my region for it.

Decided it would be best to bifurcate the neighborhood than to deface the commercial corridors on the west bank with the elevated highway:
