Just ran a test and got it at www.simtropolis.com.  Seems the problem is back.

 

Because of the error apparently, the black control bar also remains fixed and appears to float down the page.

Seems to affect parts of the site on IP.Content, ie. the homepage and the Omnibus. The forums, STEX and CJ Section seem fine.

I still can't open the chat with Firefox in Ubuntu (it runs fine in Windows). When I check the error log, this error keeps on popping up every time:

NS_ERROR_XPC_SECURITY_MANAGER_VETO: unity-global-property-initializer.js:238

I've tried to search the rest of the internet for answers, but no avail. Does anyone know what went wrong?

I'm getting this too and it's a darn pain. Especially when you want to access the features submission. I'm curious as to what could be causing it.

I can't access the site last night, good thing it seems to be back. I get the following message below. 

 

Forbidden

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Note: I can access all the other sites such as Facebook, Google, GMAIL, SC4Devotions, AOIN et al.

Whenever I click the "quote" or "multi-quote" button on somebody's post, it just brings me to the bottom of the page to an empty Post box.

With multiquote you then have to click on the MultiQuote box (if you've finished collecting them) to place them in your message. 

 

Quotes go there immediately.  If they don't something is amiss.  What browser are you using?

Nothing happens when I do that. I also noticed earlier that I can't paste anything into the post box either.

 

I'm using Internet Explorer (the browser everyone loves to hate). I do have Firefox and Google Chrome on my PC as well (I use the latter for YouTube), I'll try those in a bit and see what happens.

Is it me or are you all getting this Advance Elite Related Searches panel on the right side of the ST website? It's not much but it is annoying.

Yep, it's some issue with Internet Explorer. I'm posting via Google Chrome right now and everything works as it should.

Just posting here to let you know that the home page search bar is currently broken. Every time I search on the omnibus for anything I get a:

Looks like the site program is getting organic.  An organic program is one that if you tweak it to fix something, something else fails.
