Hi everyone! This is the official place to report any bugs and glitches you may notice with the site. When reporting issues, it always helps to be as descriptive as possible, such as by including the following info: A summary of the issue. Screenshots or a video to highlight what's wrong (with annotations if applicable). Note: Images are best uploaded to an online image host, and the direct link pasted into the editor. Your basic system info (e.g. browser version / operating system, device type). When the issue started, or how often it can be reproduced. Any error messages shown? This can help us to reproduce the problems, and then work on finding solutions. Thanks all for your help! -
I started the Big City Tutorial of the Maxis Default Timbuktu Region and it crashes as soon as the city loads. I've never had any crashing problems before. I haven't loaded hardly any plugins except the NAM on this clean install this year on this new computer built in Jan 2010. I'm planning to load seaports, farms, vehicles, but haven't yet. I rebooted the computer, eliminated any unnecessary programs such as antivirus, then started only SC4 to see if that would give more RAM to load the Big City Tutorial. Same result. No difference. Multiple other tries resulted the same. Does the Big City Tutorial have a problem and crash for other people? Any thoughts as to why it does this? I have the Exception Report but do not yet know how to decipher what is useful in it. Anyone know how to learn the crash reason using the report? Thanks. EDIT: The Making Money Tutorial does the same thing - But all the other's work fine. (I also just reset the Tutorials, and all the same results as before.)

Hello Everyone! We hope you're enjoying the upgrade... a lot of hard work was put into it. We know that there are still some wrinkles to iron out and we could use everyone's help in reporting any bugs or issues that you might encounter with the new site. Please include your Browser and Operating system information when reporting an issue, along with any other information you think might be important. Thanks! P.S.
