One thing to note though: most downtown Toronto streets have continuous streetwalls because each tower has podiums of 3-9 stories tall. I was wondering if you could do condo and office towers with podiums (usually occupied by retail). There are not many podium-tower complexes on the STEX, and certainly none that I can remember from Toronto (they also look more realistic IMO).

Nice I was able to visit the ICE condos while under construction.... I think they were pouring the 38th floor at the time. Anyways super cool to see this ready for sc4. Love your stuff!

YES YES YES YES. Hope you release it the next week or so, definitely have a use for this But just a word of critique, the noise seems rather high on the reflections and the windows probably a little too reflective. I'd still take it either way, but just thought I'd note it just in case

Yeah, I'm not really convinced of the glass reflections and noise, as Huston pointed out. Although I'm not the BATter in here.
