This one is so great! And on the perfect size for normal cities, where a supertall +300 metres skyscraper is simply injustificable.

 

Oh, and BTW, do not ever let @Andrey km know that such a thread as Show us the view from your house/apartment exists on SC4Devotion...

Thanks for another amazing building to download. I'm always looking forward to see what you put out next. You manage to put in so much quality into your Bats that they are always an instant download for me. I just need to find a spot to put the opera house in my main city now.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! I appreciate it.

A lot of my BATs have been complete for years. It's only the fact that I couldn't export them because I was always using my computer for work... but recently I bought a laptop and I now do my work off of there. Now, I can allow my much more powerful desktop to export these buildings.

Hey guys,

I'll be rendering some projects soon when I have time.

However, some of you may know that I am moving to Los Angeles in the coming weeks and I am absolutely in love with the place! So, I am thinking of starting a series of BAT projects LA related. Everything from getting SoCal terrain mods, flora and even BATs of the LA river. Most excitingly, the architecture and creating a home series. I love the LA homes out here!

Of course, this won't be done all by myself. I think I will be employing a number of 3D model creators starting early 2018. 

But I will be speaking more on that later.

So, in the meanwhile I am working on my favourite tower:

I went to Toronto for vacation this summer and it was really awesome to visit the buildings made into SC4 world! KPMG tower (I forget how to spell exact name of the skyscraper, where I met a quite lovely guy) as well as the library on Yonge Street are my favorite! I have deleted all the old buildings without true night lights and just use these HD BATs with fascinating night lights! I'll keep looking forward to your next incredible work!

United lost my external hard drive. Lost everything except The Bow.

Anyone have any 3dsmax textures I can borrow? It took me 10 years to gather my whole library and it's all gone.

Will export this bad boy on my new laptop once I muster the energy to start a new texture library lol

United lost my luggage so many times on USA-Canada flights I stopped going to the carousel and walked straight to the baggage claim office every single time. It can take up to a week and a half for them to find your stuff. So sorry that you lost your HD. Good luck! The Bow is looking greeeaat!

So, I was going through my files that I had on my old desktop.

Despite 95% of everything being lost on my hard drive, I did manage to find this.

This is my first 3dsmax model I made. I never released it because it was so elementary. There's no depth to the night windows, the trees over-extend the lot, etc.

Should I release it? It's supposed to be a 60's-70's style skyscraper for "Royal Bank of Sims" (aka RBS which is a play on words tsk tsk).

 

PS; The Bow should be rendered this week. All the modeling is complete.
