Finally! Nice sudamerican small skyscrapers! Now I can make a realistic looking CBD without those huge towers messing with the overall scale!

Why does it cost $18 million to build?

Looks elegant, sharp and detailed lines, vivid textures on the windows, contrapunctal to the grey facade. This is very, very good.
