About This File
230 West Monroe is an office building located at the intersection of Monroe and Franklin streets in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Designed by Perkins + Will in the international style, it was completed in 1970 and renovated in 2003. With its 29 floors, 230 W Monroe stands 353 feet / 108 meters tall.
This upload includes:
3x2 growable CO§§ and CO§§§ lots (Stage 8) for the Houston 1990 tile set;
a 3x2 ploppable CO§§ lot (§23,472 to plop) providing 2663 jobs;
and a 3x2 ploppable CO§§§ lot (§27,088 to plop) providing 1863 jobs.

This model was created entirely using the open-source modelling software Blender and the BAT4Blender add-on developed by Memo et al. You can follow developments in this thread.
