About This File

The long awaited parkings with overhang are finally arrived! Thanks to the RKT0 model technology, creating those handy structures is now within reach of unskilled batters like me :D

Those parkings will tremendously help you dealing with those nasty diagonals in your quest of grid busting.

UPDATE 1.01

The lots were initially supposed to generate a 5 $ monthly income, not a expense. This has been adressed. Also new textures have been added for further customisation.

What's in the package?

- 4 lots with 2 distinct shapes and their mirrored counterparts

- 6 different textures design, to blend seamlessly with your favourite sidewalk mod (choose one, delete the other)

- 4 offset car models in HD, an original creation from Girafe.

Crazy credits

- thanks to infamousjbe for the original idea

- thanks to Girafe for kindly allowing me to use his beautiful models in this pack

- special thanks goes to cogeo for sharing his RKT0 technology knowledge and invaluable help in debugging.

This is sorely needed.  Diagonal parking is a rare commodity.  Nice job!

So you indeed put them together. Haven't heard from ya in a while so I assumed they got put on the back burner. Can't thank you enough for taking your time to honor my request, and puttin me in the creds. Once again you've made my SC4 experience all the more enjoyable with everything you've done. Can't wait to fill in those pesky corners.

Mag's da Man!! :D

EDIT: Just noticed that you did message me almost a month ago. Didn't seem to get a notification for it though.

Love any grid-busting/diagonal buildings of any type. Extra parking lots is all the more better. Can always use them! 5/5

Love this idea- I do angled roads all the time and seem to run out of ideas to fill them. Great job.

Excellent! I've been thinking how nice it would be to have something like this for awhile now. It would also be nice if you could add regular shaped parking next to them to increase the parking lot to any size. But I definitely love these, thanks Magneto.

noticed a goof- When I plp all I get is the main lot- the square- the angled don't show up. Was hoping to use them in my CJ. Didn't pan out.

I absolutely love anything that will break up a grid and I also love parking spaces which I use a ton of. Good thinking and well done! All the people who commented wanting diag filler- I know there is a seasonal park I use frequently that works great. Stex search diagonal park. Well done again!

@CarlosRahneVeloza: it does have a sandstone version, albeit slightly different from paeng's.

@zimmie: that is a neat idea, I'll see if I can implement it given the specific design and nature of those parkings

@Titanicbuff: is the ground in the lot surroundings perfectly flat? That might be the cause. Could you post a pic?

@All: thanks for the kind comments!

Thanks for the reply regarding the Sandstone Texture Magneto. Have already downloaded and will most certainly keep this in my stash :)

Sometimes a box appears in the corner when constructing triangle B and if the lot is placed next to a park, flowers grow in the concrete parking.
