Absolutly fantastic. It is a brilliant civic building and also very unintentionally British, similar to alot of libraries over here. 10.

Looks nice with the lot and nightlights and everything! I will plop this one next to a university or college! A 9/10 since adequate, as I can't give everything 10/10 these days, as your recent Knoll Building was superior work to this.
