awesome bat. all the little details are great exspecially the graffiti. i would probably like to have a ploppable though because i wouldn't want more than 1 of these growing in my city.

No ploppable? <:-( ...The lot itself is fantastic, a 10/10, but I'd only want one in my city. Ploppables allow cities to have more character in their districts since the buildings are unique. A 7x5 zone helps to ensure it's position though. Thanks for sharing this gem!

Wow. Thanks to Simtropolis and productions like this, I can now make authentic looking vintage industrial districts.

The design is beautiful, and it really is a very authentic rust belt building. Like some others, though, I would really like a ploppable version. Also, I think a R$ ploppable version would also be great... this is exactly the kind of structure that gets converted to lofts after industry moves out. I'm very grateful for the BAT, though. Thanks.
