The Capitol District of Durham serves as the regional business hub and the center of national political power in Sim Nation. The legislative and judicial seats of government are located here, along with a substantial number of governmental bureaus, agencies, and institutions. The National Promenade Park, along the Kubwa River, serves as the "front yard" of the country and is home to many monuments and museums. Adjacent is the central business district and University of Durham. This concentration of governmental and commercial sites makes the Capitol District the most visited and recognizable area of Greater Durham. Being the center of the city, the Capitol District is also the hub of the regional and national transportation network. Today I'm just uploading a small filler, so you have something from me again:) I saw the new entry of Journey through Paengia by Paeng and I was just amazed about it. Inspired by this, (I wasn't really motivated the last days, because the vacations in Germany ended) I just build a small city centre using some of the mods from SimPeg, kinda Paengs content website. Here you go: It's a small new housing profit across the urban pond in the downtown. Across the street, there's a small commercial centre, so the people have a good supply:) Well it was just a little entry, I think you get the next one around the weekend. Have a nice day and see you soon, guys! Replies timmetje: I'm sorry, but I don't know anymore:/ These are porkies trees for sure, but I forgot the name of the mod and I could'nt find it in my plugins folder. The trees will disappear when zoning along the road anyways, so you won't see them in urban areas. pasqualegiò: Yep, I can't wait till actually developing it:) Schriefer: Thank you! dlsni: Thank you really much, I actually just put random zones in there, I didn't really planned... Well, your tip will definetly will be used, the whole area isn't even zoned yet, I hadn't enough population for a high stage, though I have a huge residential demand^^
