Futuristic city design gives a breath of fresh air; taking a jump in city development not minding the finances ! Works well if resources are unlimmited and there´s plenty of room. Like the semi´detached neighbourhood and highrise flats with inner court park. Mall sometimes have a footprint in the budget; landmark taxes, Nice business ´logistic park.and adjacent mall strip, well done !
