    This is a modern apartment building. It stands on a 8x4 lot. I downloaded this model from a free 3D-website, I changed some textures and rescaled it. I also added nightlights.     Here is a pack of all my rowhouses that were no longer available since april. It also contains 5 new types of rowhouses. In total this pack contains 13 types of rowhouses mostly inspired by dutch suburbs of the 70s and 80s. I made them to provide my city with more types of 70s/80s terraced houses to create realistic suburbs. Most of the rowhouses are 1x2 lots but there are 2 curved streets with rowhouses along them (also very common in dutch suburbs). There is also one semidetached house and one single house.     Is there a traffic generator which only generates a few cars? I now use the traffic generator from Mikeseith but even the toned down version generates a huge amount of cars. I would like to have a version which only generates 1 car per 30 seconds for example.

    I needed an extra apartment building so I again took one from free3d.io. I changed the tiles of the roof from pink into a more normal black and made some other changes. It's a medium wealth apartment building which grows on a 6x4 lot in a corner.

    I made this awhile ago for a specific spot along the dike in my town. But I thought why not shaing it It's a curved street with semi-detached houses. It's a big prop which stands on an 1x1 lot. You can use some park lots and some grass fillers to make it complete. You can find it in the park menu

    This is a church from free3d.io that I changed a bit (extra windows), rescaled and changed textures of. It stands on a 3x4 lot. You can find it in the landmark menu. No dependencies.

    3 more buildings from free3d.io I changed the textures and edited it so it fits into SimCity. Unfortunately they don't have nightlights. There is one low wealth building on a 2x3 lot and one medium wealth building on a 4x3 lot. The building on the 9x7 lot can you find in the landmark-menu. If you want to plop them with the buildingplop cheat they are called: - Apartementen pover - Apartementengebouw oranje-wit - Appartementencomplex Dependency (for the path):

    Another model from the free3d.io website. I changed textures, scaled it and added some nightlights (and some small changes to the model). It stand on a 4x6 lot and you can find it in the landmark-menu. If there's something wrong please comment.
