About This File

I needed an extra apartment building so I again took one from free3d.io. I changed the tiles of the roof from pink into a more normal black and made some other changes.

It's a medium wealth apartment building which grows on a 6x4 lot in a corner.

There was a problem with the lot (it didn't grow)

I added the fixed lot (see last picture). I left the old lot in case there were people where it did work already

thank you   this building is nicely detailed and lighted  looks very good in game and is an excellent addition to SC4 housing stock

I couldn't get it to grow but made my own lot to see it in game
