I changed the textures and edited it so it fits into SimCity. Unfortunately they don't have nightlights.

There is one low wealth building on a 2x3 lot and one medium wealth building on a 4x3 lot. The building on the 9x7 lot can you find in the landmark-menu.

If you want to plop them with the buildingplop cheat they are called:

- Apartementen pover

- Apartementengebouw oranje-wit

- Appartementencomplex
