  1. Midrise Office Pack Volume 6

I love getting more variety in mid-sized buildings like this. Thanks a lot for your work!
  2. Dominion Public Building

I'm really looking forward to trying this out. Not only does the BAT look great, but the building itself combines monolithic architecture with an interesting feature, so you get the best of both worlds.  Thanks for making this!
  3. SimCity city sizes will “eventually” expand, says Maxis

I have to agree with cirugo that maybe I'll eventually buy it. Even beyond the map size and only-play-on-our-server limitations, though: the reason I still play SC4 is because of all the flexibility and creativity that I get from user-created maps and buildings. I assume that Maxis/EA have no plans to allow that, since they seem to avoid the subject (and I'm sure EA hopes to make $$$ by selling new building "expansions" to players). That just makes SimCity sound boring to me. I'm happy to spend my gaming time continuing to lurk and download at SC4 communities.
  4. Apartmans-k1

This would be a great building even if it weren't a first effort. For a first, it's awesome. The only criticism I'd make is that the color of the entryway roof seems kind of odd. However, I used to live near some apartments like this and they also had colors that didn't quite go together, so it works. Thanks for making a Maxis night version, I'm looking forward to trying these out!
  5. Carew Tower

I grew up near Cincinnati and it's great to see this. I usually don't use ploppables but I may have to now, because I'm too impatient to wait for this to grow!
  6. Toledo Glass Pavilion

I'm getting back into SC4 after not playing for a couple of years, and as someone who used to live in the Toledo area, I'm really happy to see that you ventured a little outside of Detroit and made this. It looks gorgeous and I expect to be using this a lot!
  7. Nexis Reptile House

I got a new computer a couple of years ago and am just now getting SC4 back up and running. This lot used to be one of my favorite museums - I always loved the way it looked in the game. So glad I found it again!
  8. Nexis Mega Generator I

"Hoth? They should call it Coldth!" Eh...anyway... Very nice, and I agree with TurtleShroom about balancing the bonuses with the high water demand. I'm looking forward to trying this out.
  9. LAMBDA Arts college

Very interesting...I generally like older buildings in my cities, but I'm going to have to try this one out!!!
  10. mipro BSP Borders Books and Music

4x3 seems a little big, but having been to this store many times when I was living in northern Ohio, I think it's a great recreation. Thanks for sharing and I hope there'll be many more!
  11. BLaM Aurora Borealis Needle

Interesting design! Looking forward to trying this out.
  12. Arcos Tower

The lot is very nice too. I like the way that you used different textures and didn't make the props symmetrical.
  13. Richland Building

I, too, live not far from a Blue Nile Ethiopian restaurant. I'll be happy to try this one out in my cities. These just keep getting better and better!
  14. Civic Buildings Construct

Not something I would use, but a great idea!
  15. Container City Midrises

I've heard about this too--they say there are thousands and thousands of discarded shipping containers in California (and I think if I had financial trouble, I'd rather live in a converted container than under a bridge). I don't think I'll use this in my cities, but it's a great and cutting-edge idea.
