I like to play fair,but i like to cheat once in a while, and the region im doing this in, all the cities are using the Cousin vinnie (+200,000 simoleons) ordinance, and a few of them are using the radical super demand ordinance. When money is no object, you can afford to do this. Primarily, im doing it because i dont like having power plants and landfills in a bunch of my cities. I can handle water towers, but mainly for eye candy purposesquote>
Not indeed, power is actually cheaper if you buy it from a neighbor instead of producing it at home, beacause you can operate your power plants at 75 percent of the maximum capacity. It would be cheaper if you run your power plants at 100 percent, but in this case your power plants would decay very fast...
