These are logistics hubs that are usually seen in large industrial areas or more commonly near airports or seaports. These deal with local and regional deliveries hence the amount of vans in these buildings. Many are national postal carriers, and the others are third party logistics buildings covering most of the global package carriers. There are 31 in all. These use the same building as Heavy Equipment Dealers 2, and I decided to split them into two packs, this being the second. The grow buildings are 4x8 IM Stage 3 Industrial Anchor optimized on PIM-X and the plops are 5x9 landmarks. KOSC Presents: Industrial Revolution Mod - Big Logistic Filler Set Introduction This is a set of larger, prefab filler lots for dirty, manufacturing, and hi-tech industry which seek to expand logistic support for your industries. The set was designed with IRM in mind and as such, utilizes matching bases and walls from that of T Wrecks' original release. Package Overview This package contains a set of 15 large prefab lots: 5 for dirty, manufacturing and hi-tech industry respectively. There are 3 dedicated transit-enabled entrances. The rest of the lots are dedicated to large blocks of parked semis and trailers, with 45 degree parking for semi trucks and 22.5 degree parking for trailers only. All of the lots are also available in a mirrored configuration. Lot stats are designed to match the original IRM fillers as closely as possible. Positioning indicators are present to help with lot placement and alignment. Every lot is practically neutral, with negligible amounts of pollution, no power/water consumption and cost nothing to maintain. It takes §5 to bulldoze a lot and they are also extremely cheap to plop. Due to the lots being of considerable size, the plop costs have been doubled respectively (§10 for I-D, §12 for I-M, §14 for I-HT). The lots are located in the landmarks menu and are positioned just after the originals. Install Instructions Drop the files in your My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder. Dependencies Use with the Industrial Revolution Mod and the associated filler sets is highly recommended! This morning the city again was crowded with delievery vans, double parked blocking all the traffic from people going for shopping for the weekend. I understand - what all the people carry away from the stores in the city someone has to bring in there so all this delievery vans are needed. But why they invented underground for the people but never for the goods? I imagine - a tube passing underneath the stores, they would stop, an elevetor would bring up the goods and they were inside the store by vertical way not interfering with the horizontal paths of the clients/consumers wouldn't this be much more elegant? The water supplies, the parking, the heating - everything they can, they put underground. Why not merchandise traffic?

Hartford harbour ! Mayon province CJ makes a little reboot this summer with the second largest city in Mayon Province, Hartford. Hartford from establishment was and is a important industrial gateway into the eastern part of Mayon province. Providence city maybe compared in industrial sence as a venue but the layout beside the Maroon river makes it a real port city. We start with the port area ! Hartford has three large harbours. Logical oldest harbour closest to the city ! Fìrst harbour is split into a modernized container part and a bulk goods dock ! Second dock is completly modernized container terminal ! Third harbour is mostly used by chemical shiping ! Future may see some extra container cranes beside this dock ! Last we have the LNG and Oil facilities Updated !!! Chemical area at the head of the third harbour ! Last we conclude with the supporting infrastructure ! Logistic enterprise ! Shunting Yard ! Large shunting and sorting facility, with a lifted hill ! I took over 40 images of this area so I'm breaking it up and will do two updates as loading 40 images is asking a bit much. I also had to drop the 6-lane NMW road and revert to standard avenue as I couldn't get automata to appear on it, which is a shame. Passau does not have dirty industry or much heavy manufacturing, most of the latter is confined to the second city of Axehaven. Passau does however have a very large clean and high-tech manufacturing and research sector as well as sizeable logistic and distribution capability. This distribution area below is only part of that and it will extend onto the neighbouring tile where I'm working on tasty lots such as the massive Perseus Post Mail Centre for the Passau city region, that'll be a huge lot and Mushy is working on some custom vehicle props for that also. This pack contains 5 Logistics Centres Lots for your cities, 4 RCI and an Enhanced Freight Rail Station. The BATs are warehouses and ancillary buildings. They are completely fictional, but I have used the logos and liveries of containers of real companies. All lots look the same and are 10x10 tiles large. They widely use prop families. As a result, you will get a different prop combination (and appearance) each time you grow or plop them. In addition many of them are time-dependent, eg the trucks appear and disappear periodically while the gates close during the night. The streets inside the lots as well as the parking areas are transit- and UDI-enabled. Also they spawn freight truck and train vehicles. The RCI lots are actually commercial services. One would say to make them industrial, however this kind of operations is essentially commercial, plus industry tends to decline as HQ and EQ rise while CS demand is usually all-high, especially after offices have developed and displaced services. The stats are all the same. The Freight Rail Station is specially modded so as to become two-way (provide both rail-to-truck and truck-to-rail traffic conversions). It also lifts caps for the ID and IM sectors. The lots are installed by an installer and there is nothing else you need to do except of installing the needed dependencies. However it is possible to customise the lots' appearance. Please check the readme for detailed instructions, and also for tips on placing them. If you don't want some certain lots, eg the ploppables, you can delete their .SC4Lot files. For placement information and more details please read the provided readme file. Installation: Copy/extract the Cogeo parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder. If you have a left-hand driving installation (UK, Pacific) you must also install the UK Pathing Patch (included in this pack). You can find the z_LCP_UK_PathingPatch.dat file in the ~Documents/UK_Pathing Patch folder. To avoid conflicts, please, it is highly recommended to use any of the third party cleanitol tools and remove any previous versions from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP you can find a Cleanitol_Cogeo Logistics Centres MegaPack V2.txt file and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.
