^^^^I agree with jwsteele. It would be a very nice change if Chicago BAT Team focused on older art deco buildings instead of glass & concrete boxes (not that there's anything wrong with that ). Some suggestions if I may: 55 East Wacker (A personal Chi-town fave) The Former Crain Communications Building on 360 Wacker (It does have an odd angle though) & The Wrigley Building, just across the street from the Tribune Tower. Chicago has tons of beautiful old masterpieces like this and it'd be a shame to bypass them.

Action 3b: Vincenzo Machiavelli applies for more land in the town. This will be used for storing, selling and refining raw building materials (wood, stone, bricks) for the whole town; the Machiavelli shop provides construction services for the town, including structural planning, surveying, carpentry, masonry and bricklaying. Machiavelli Construction would like to use the empty plot directly north of the shop for this purpose. The Machiavelli shop has offered to make the plans and direct the construction of the docks. Meanwhile, Vincenzo finds a site of high quality stone along the river, and plans to build a quarry for his business' use.

Vincenzo Machiavelli selects Lot 32 and builds a shop with living quarters above. The town's growing fast, really nice cj. Edit: And if you're not gonna use it, I'd also like to have the space next to lot 32 for future use.

Really nice, even though half the pictures are blotted out by the torrential downpour. Just curious, what are those street-side power lines, and where did you get them? Been looking for them for a while for my own Asian CJs. -

I like Jeronij's mod, but I also use some other street tree mods too. Check this mod , though it's for MAVE-4 while there's MAVE-6 in your picture. Maybe someone has made a similar mod for MAVE-6 already, let us know if you find out, please. You may wish to check other mods by Jackxu and 958517907. I don't know about the el-rail bridge (maybe that one appears automatically when you drag el-rail over MAVE-6?). As for the el-rail station, this one looks close imo (it's there, scroll down to the middle of the page): Yea I saw Jackxu's and 958517907's mods for the MAVE-4 and AVE-2 that were quite nice and I decided to use, but I still can't find the street tree mod for the MAVE-6. Maybe its included in one of these NWM street tree mods? ...I wish somebody would make one of these mods with Simfox's or VIP girafe's trees, that'd be really cool. @dohraymii Also I left a message on the creator of that cj's page and he also gave me the page link concerning the el rail. I couldn't get info regarding the tree mod.

I guess this forum post is my last desperate attempt to find a suitable street tree mod. Yes, I've seen Jeronji's mod and the SFBT tree mod on the LEX, but the dependencies are corrupted and the actual mod is just, well, plain ugly. In the link (http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2012/01/1356968109-0-5.jpg) is an image from somebody's recent cj (a really nice one @ that), and I was wondering if ANYBODY knows of this mod, or one really similar. Also, it would be really nice if somebody could tell me what and where to get this el rail, station, & el rail bridge in the pic -- http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2012/01/1356968179-2.jpg -- Thanks to anybody that replies.
